Hello,

I'm re-branding a site I've been developing (changing domains and layouts). I've decided that I'm just not creative enough to create a simple logo that is both captivating and professional.

Here is a link to the old layout and logo:

My requirements:

1). The logo must be a full vector image that can be scaled to any size.
2). The logo must be simple, captivating and professional
3). The logo must contain at least one real estate related element
(home, roof line, for sale sign, etc.)
4). I would like the primary text (Listing Home Pages -- is the primary text) to be designed as if it's incorporated directly into the logo, not just typed with a typical font. Even if only a letter or two is incorporated this way.
5). I would like the following secondary text included in the logo as well : Single Property Websites

I'm not sure about colors, I believe I'm going to go in the direction of Red, and Black (gray) as the color scheme for the new site. But feel free to be creative. The logo will be positioned over a light area (white/offwhite) of the site. Please keep this in mind while making your design.

I'll pick a winner no later than February 15th 2009, however I will likely pick a winner and close the contest early if I'm really impressed with a design. Payment is $20 paypal. I want a fairly simple design, this shouldn't take a creative designer very long to complete.

This is the first contest I've started, If you feel further details should be included in this listing just let me know. Also, If you design full site layouts aswell as logos, please let me know. I will need several other projects relating to this site completed in the near future.

I'm disappointed in the amount of participation to say the least. There is a $10 contest on here that received 10+ logo designs, yet I haven't received even one. I'm looking only for a simple design. Please let me know if I can clarify anything, or in any other way make the job easier for you.

I'll work on something for you. I usually stick to "boutique" type logos, but I can give it a shot! Will post back soon.

i haven't looked at this website in a week, which would explain my absence at the least. I got caught up in so much stuff. i will try something quick for you since nobody is trying.

this is a quick sketch. it hasn't been vectorized yet. also it hasn't been cleaned (for example the windows aren't straight). But that's what i came up with.

hmm. This is ill-timed thanks to valentine's day for obvious reasons

. Otherwise I would have it done today (we have today off instead of on saturday at my house). Since I'm back to work on Saturday, I'll either have it done by saturday night or at the latest sunday morning. I apologize for that delay.
