$20 for quick BC creation

This contest is pretty much a whoever responds first with the closest reproduction of the following business card:

I need it to be 3.5 x 2.5 plus a 1/8 inch bleed, 300dpi, jpg format. I also need the editable file.

The margins are off, because I am a little confused. You want the business card to be 3.5 x 2.5, yet standard business card size is 3.5 x 2, and the publisher image is that dimension. Can you clarify this?
