Here are two slightly different designs, but if you want any alterations, just ask.

Below is a mock-up of one of them. (thumbnail)

The best part is that the images are under 50KB.

(800 by 200 px), in JPEG. If you want different text, just say.

Johnny, You have not given anyone feedback that I have seen. I would like to advise designers to not do anymore work for this user until he starts showing that he is for real.
