We are looking for a skilled freelance Chatbot Developer to create and integrate a sophisticated chatbot for our corporate website and Microsoft Teams. This project involves developing a chatbot that provides tailored interactions for both prospects and existing customers, integrates with our CRM and ticketing systems, and utilizes conversational AI for effective communication (basically for sales and tech support; submit a ticket mostly)

Key Project Deliverables:
Dual Deployment: Develop a chatbot that functions seamlessly on our website and within Microsoft Teams.
Conversational AI: Implement AI to engage users dynamically and intelligently on the platform.
User Data Handling: Capture and utilize users' email addresses for personalized future interactions using cookies or similar technology.
CRM Integration: Check users' status (customer or prospect) via CRM and handle them accordingly.
Prospect Engagement: For prospects, collect data on their concerns, guide them to schedule discovery calls, and connect them with live sales representatives if available.
Customer Support: Provide automated responses from a set document of FAQs for customers and enable ticket submissions through the CRM system's API.
Live Technician Interaction: Allow customers to chat with available technicians via Teams.
Technician Features: Enable technicians to use the chatbot to manage tickets and client requests.
Monitoring Channels: Set up Teams channels for real-time chat monitoring by technicians and salespeople, with features to take over the chat if needed.
